Empathy: Write down 5 questions you would like to ask the author?

How do you find ideas for your story?
For me it is always very difficult to find ideas in a story to make a really good story out of it. I usually can not properly organize my ideas and that usually creates a mess.

Why do you write books?
I like to read books, but since I do not have enough ideas and imagination, I could never write a book.

How long do you need to write a book?
At over 200 pages I think it is a big hassle to write a book and publish it.

What makes a good book for you?
I have read many books and each book is different. Every author, I think  have different views on what is in a book. But what makes a good book?

What would you give a young author for advice?

Suppose I had a book to write, what would you advise me to do?

Dear Mr. Haddon   I read your book “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time” as part of the English  lessons and I was very skeptical at the beginning. Since it irritated me that the book is  actually divided into two stories, but this story's are coherent. But I think that this kind was  cleverly chosen by you and also very successful. As a result, I liked the book very much.  You've got the thoughts of Christopher the autist in a simple way. Reading Journal Blog Almedina Demiri BMGV1C Reflection: Write down your first impressions of the book or play. Ask some questions. Write down quotations. Copy whole passages that are difficult or that you really like a lot. At first glance, it seems to be a thriller book. The title the Curious incident in the Night-time suggest that something terrible happened to a dog. I immediately started reading the book and I read the Chapters 1- 34. The level of the language is well readable and the chapter numbers are not as usual 1,2,3... but 2,3,5,7..., because Christopher loves prime numbers. Also, the story always digresses from the actual main story. At one point, for example, the protagonist (Christopher) is sitting in the police station for interrogation and tell us something about the existence of the Milky way.
