Christopher reminds me very much of my younger sister. My sister is 10 years old. She can describe her preferences as well as her dislikes like Christopher very well and sticks to them very much. She does not like the color red, for example. Tomatoes as well as red apples will she probably never eat in her life. She says the color red is very reminiscent of blood and therefore she is very averse to anything red is to drink or eat. My mother has often made this attitude laugh. She hopes that my sister will eventually come to eat a normal pizza with tomato sauce or eat
strawberries.
I think as Christopher expresses it. It is pure convenience to choose likes and dislikes to make a quick decision. In addition, I am convinced likes and dislikes are important to know, but you should also be open to try new things.

Dear Mr. Haddon   I read your book “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time” as part of the English  lessons and I was very skeptical at the beginning. Since it irritated me that the book is  actually divided into two stories, but this story's are coherent. But I think that this kind was  cleverly chosen by you and also very successful. As a result, I liked the book very much.  You've got the thoughts of Christopher the autist in a simple way. Copy whole passages that are difficult or that you really like a lot. At first glance, it seems to be a thriller book. The title the Curious incident in the Night-time suggest that something terrible happened to a dog. I immediately started reading the book and I read the Chapters 1- 34. The level of the language is well readable and the chapter numbers are not as usual 1,2,3... but 2,3,5,7..., because Christopher loves prime numbers. Also, the story always digresses from the actual main story. At one point, for example, the protagonist (Christopher) is sitting in the police station for interrogation and tell us something about the existence of the Milky way.
